Proventus Enterprises LLC (“Proventus,” “we,” “us”) builds websites and manages social media for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.proventusenterprises.com, request a free homepage mockup, purchase a plan, or otherwise work with us, and how we use, share, and protect it.

Information We Collect: Information you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, links to your business listings, and anything you include in a form, email, call, or text message. When you purchase a plan, payment is processed by Stripe; we receive your name, email, and purchase details, but never your full card number. Information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, through cookies and analytics tools. Publicly available business information, such as a business's listing, phone number, and email address on Google, Yelp, Yellow Pages, or similar directories, which we may use to contact businesses about our services.

2. How We Use Your Information: To create your free homepage mockup and deliver the services you purchase; to respond to questions and provide support; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to contact you about your request or project by email, phone, or text message; to send occasional messages about our services to businesses, which you can opt out of at any time; to analyze and improve our website; and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. How We Share Information: We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business, such as Webflow (website hosting and forms), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (email, file storage, and analytics), and only as needed for them to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

4. Text Messages: If you give us your mobile number, for example through our free mockup form, you agree that we may text you about your request and project. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies & Analytics: We use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

6. Data Retention: We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as for the length of our working relationship and any period required for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. Mockup requests that don't turn into projects are deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep them.

7. Data Security: We use reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights & Choices: You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@proventusenterprises.com. You can opt out of our emails at any time by replying “no thanks” or “unsubscribe,” and out of text messages by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor requests as required by applicable law.
